We all want to and can improve our happiness. The key to achieving this is to learn the right guidelines and techniques, both theoretically and practically, and to practice them persistently in order to develop the ability to be happy and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Online Courses in Personal Well-being

Workshop: "How to Be Happier"
(Free)
It is an introduction to how to improve our well-being and lead a healthy and balanced life, explained in a simple, enjoyable, and concise way.

Basic Course in Personal Well-being (Price: whatever you wish to pay)

It is an introduction to the H-OLS, allowing you to learn how to continuously improve your quality of life (within the circumstances of each moment) in a simple and fun way.

Postgraduate Degree in Personal Well-being
(Free or subsidized)

Allows you to reach the intermediate level of H-OLS, delving deeper into the guidelines and techniques for being as happy as possible (within the limits imposed by our genetics at any given time).

Master's Degree in Personal and Social Well-being
(Subsidized)

It takes us to the advanced level of H-OLS, achieving a deep understanding of the guidelines and techniques for optimizing our life satisfaction, emotional well-being, and self-realization (within the limitations imposed by our nervous system). It also addresses scientific aspects and deals with "specific topics." Likewise, the social aspect of well-being is studied: families (satisfying couples, happy children), companies and organizations, schools, politics, economics, religions, and civil society oriented toward well-being.
