The Basic Course in Personal Well-being (H-OLS Beginner Level) is an introduction to how to improve our quality of life, explained in a simple, concise, and entertaining way. To make learning as enjoyable as possible, the main theoretical material takes the form of an action-packed thriller novel.

This course explains what happiness is, why humans experience well-being and discomfort and what causes it, as well as the guidelines and techniques we can apply to optimize our happiness (within the circumstances of each moment).

It takes approximately 10 to 30 hours to learn the theoretical content.

In addition, the techniques learned are practiced for around 100 hours, most of which are non-exclusive, meaning that they can be carried out while performing other daily activities, such as walking down the street or traveling by car or public transport.

Therefore, it is not so much a question of having time as it is of self-discipline.

Before taking the Basic Course, you must have completed the free course "How to Be Happier.".
