Master's Degree in Personal and Social Well-being (subsidized)

This master's degree continues to delve into guidelines for optimizing our happiness and addresses scientific aspects, providing research that demonstrates the effectiveness of the techniques presented. It also deals with specific issues that hinder happiness.

Approximately 60 to 180 hours are required for the theoretical part and about 30 to 60 hours of research and psychological counseling/therapyto address "specific issues." In addition, training consisting of approximately 2,500 hours of practice is carried out, most of which can be done while performing other daily activities. Therefore, it is not so much a question of having time as it is of self-discipline.

You can enroll in the entire Master's program or just some of the modules that comprise it:
