Specific topics

Not all people are the same, as each person has a different present, past, and personality.

This means that we all sometimes have our own particular "specific issues" that affect our well-being.

The "specific issues" for José may be unemployment, which causes him distress, and a histrionic personality; for María, they may be shyness, a complicated divorce she is going through, and chronic pain; and for Andrés, they may be an overly competitive and perfectionist personality, work stress, and burnout syndrome.

These "specific issues" sometimes vary over time, with some disappearing and others appearing. We have all had, have, or will have our "specific issues."

Therefore, in addition to providing wellness training that is identical for everyone, it is also advisable to offer personalized work addressing each person's specific issues. However, this is an uncomfortable topic for everyone, which can lead us to deceive ourselves and believe that all of this "does not apply to us."

But the advantages we gain from working on these "specific issues" more than compensate for the inconvenience suffered.
