Furthermore, it is toxic and of low nutritional quality due to the hormones and large quantities of antibiotics given to livestock, as well as the high acidity and elevated levels of cortisol and adrenaline secreted by their bodies due to stress and suffering.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dairy products cause indigestion and food intolerances, as our bodies are designed to drink human milk when we are babies, but not milk from other species. Fish is harmful due to poisonous elements it absorbs from the sea, such as lead, arsenic, and mercury. Separately, both products do not contain all essential amino acids, but when combined, they do, which is why they are often sold pre-combined. Also, consume plant-based products rich in calcium, such as chard, spinach, or broccoli. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And, whether following a vegan diet or any other type, undergo a complete
