It is when this is done that things begin to change.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, do not remain silent; instead, speak up loud and clear against any outrage, especially those of a large or medium scale.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the mark of an upright person to speak out against injustice and fight against it until it is eradicated. A lax, do-gooder, lukewarm, or indifferent attitude toward outrages is the best fertilizer for them to grow, while a combative attitude toward them marks the beginning of their end.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/report-injustice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read &#8220;LIVE WITHOUT HARMING! Report injustices&#8221;<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Too many people have remained silent for too long about too many injustices. Therefore, it is time to speak up, despite two obstacles that may discourage us from doing so:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The fear of deviating from what is politically, socially and religiously correct.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The fear of upsetting others.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>DO NOT STRIVE TO BE SO POLITICALLY, SOCIALLY AND RELIGIOUSLY CORRECT<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/correcto.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22207\" title=\"SPEAK UP LOUD AND CLEAR AGAINST INJUSTICE\" src=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/correcto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/correcto.jpg 746w, https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/correcto-600x401.jpg 600w, https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/correcto-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In certain social environments, a critical attitude toward certain abuses may be frowned upon due to toxic social patterns such as the following:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/preserve-the-good-and-change-the-harmful\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">traditionalism<\/a><\/span><\/span> that rejects questioning the established order, no matter how unfair it may be.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/do-no-harm-be-open-and-avoid-harmful-gregariousness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gregariousness<\/a><\/span><\/span> that dislikes criticism of grievances committed by one&#8217;s own group, but loves to see those of opposing tribes exaggerated.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/avoid-toxic-herd-mentality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">herd effect<\/a><\/span><\/span> that looks unfavorably upon anyone who deviates from it, even if the former is heading toward a cliff and the latter advises against it.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/do-not-fear-discussing-religion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tightening taboo of not talking about religion or politics<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The tyranny of <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/do-not-be-positive-about-injustice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">pseudo-positivism<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> according to which one must always be positive and never negative, even regarding grievances.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BUT JUSTICE IS ABOVE ALL THOSE MEDIOCRITIES! Therefore, we should ignore them completely or even cast them aside if we feel like it.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>DO NOT FEAR UPSETTING OTHERS WHEN SPEAKING OF OUTRAGES<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another obstacle that sometimes leads us to remain silent is the fear of disturbing and especially of the negative consequences this may have for us. For example, others taking a stand against us or it affecting our relationships.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But think carefully: who can truly be upset by an injustice being brought to light? Imagine you are in a trial with many people present. Of all those there, who could be displeased by the presentation of statements and evidence regarding the crime?<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Very simple:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdf5cbb elementor-widget-laptop__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"cdf5cbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2151\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2151\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Read more...<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2151\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2151\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the criminals and their accomplices. They are always interested in ensuring their villainy does not come to light, that it is not spoken of, and much less reported, judged and condemned. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/institutodelbienestar.com\/en\/live-without-harming\/publications\/never-support-injustice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read &#8220;LIVE WITHOUT HARMING: Never support injustice&#8221;<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But must the victim, their lawyer, the prosecutor and the witnesses remain silent so as not to upset them? That would be absurd, wouldn&#8217;t it?  <span style=\"background-color: var(--base-2); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Then do not adopt that illogical and contributing attitude either, but rather one that is upright, honest, noble and brave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because the problem is never the person who stands up against a wrongdoing, fights it and wants to end it. The problem is the outrages, those who commit them, and their accomplices, including those who would like to silence those who speak up and oppose these injustices. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To give an example, <span style=\"background-color: var(--base-2); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">the evil is never the human rights activists who fight against violations in certain dictatorships, but rather the authorities who want to silence them, even through torture, imprisonment, and murder. Do not be confused: the problem is not the surgeon, but the cancer. It is better to do so assertively, but it is not mandatory, as long as proper conduct is maintained.  <span style=\"background-color: var(--base-2); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">In these matters, it is appropriate to speak directly, even if it may hurt the sensibilities of the perpetrators\u2014whether they are the authors or accomplices\u2014using the language one would use in a trial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a trial, the judge, lawyers, prosecutors, parties, and witnesses do not speak in hints, and they certainly do not remain silent to avoid upsetting anyone. They do not minimize or sugarcoat the facts, nor do they hide the facts or evidence under their coats so they cannot be seen; instead, they are presented exactly as they are. So, to achieve justice, the foundation is to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, in the most objective way possible.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And in the end, the judge delivers the sentence clearly and unequivocally, without any kind of diplomatic or softening language, striving to be impartial. They state that a crime of murder, rape, or kidnapping has been committed and detail the facts and evidence of said crime. Period.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let us do the same. Let us not remain silent or speak in a low voice with our heads bowed, but rather clearly and loudly with our heads held high. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let us not remain passive with our arms crossed in the face of abuse; instead, let us do something to leave a happier and more just world than the one we found. It can be something small, something within our reach\u2014our grain of sand\u2014which, if joined with what others contribute, can create a beach and produce great changes. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for sharing this message if you believe that doing so can contribute to a better world, with fewer outrages and less
