H-OLS

H-OLS (Happiness-oriented Lifestyle; a happiness-oriented lifestyle), sometimes also called PMBP (Personal Well-Being Improvement Program), is a healthy way of living, acting, and thinking that helps us feel as good as possible (within the circumstances of each moment), with scientifically proven effectiveness.

This path is the result of the scientific research work of the Institute of Well-Being based on the conclusions of hundreds of scientific studies conducted with thousands of people by universities and research centers in different parts of the world. Specifically, they are based on psychology, neuroscience, medicine, biology, and other areas of science. Quality and technical rigor have been verified by more than 50 experts.

Each individual starts from an average level of life satisfaction and emotional well-being shaped by their genetics, education, and experiences. Sometimes events occur that can temporarily shift it above or below that level, but after some time we tend to return to it. The more we train our quality of life with H-OLS, the more we will raise our average level, feeling less bad when we feel bad and happier when we feel well.

We will generate profound changes in our brain, gradually in the first weeks, but especially in the medium and long term. Progressively, we will use less of the areas related to distress and develop those associated with personal well-being.

H-OLS consists of several levels: Introduction, Initiation, Intermediate, Advanced, and Very Advanced.
