ONLINE METHODOLOGY

Once the student has enrolled, their tutor will contact them to provide access to the Virtual Campus. There, the student will progress through the different stages that make up each course. Each of those stages includes a training phase and a practice phase.

A. TRAINING

The training phase consists of learning techniques for personal well-being, both at a theoretical and a practical level. To do so, a series of steps is followed, consisting of theoretical training and practical training:

B. PRACTICE

The practice phase is also carried out through the Virtual Campus and consists of consistently putting into practice the techniques learned in the training phase. This phase will end when the student has accumulated the number of practice hours corresponding to each stage. In the Basic Course, this practice is very simple, while in the Postgraduate program, and especially in the Master’s program, the number of hours is increased in order to achieve the expected results.

Throughout the course, you will consult your tutor about any questions you may have by email or via the forum. In addition, several follow-up sessions will take place by telephone, videoconference, or chat, at the student’s choice.

When the student considers that they have assimilated the theoretical content, they may (optionally) take an exam to obtain the corresponding qualification (Diploma, Postgraduate Certificate, or Master’s in Personal Well-being). If they do not pass it, they will have another opportunity.
