Duration: A minimum of 2 hours and 20 minutes
- Cultivate serenity.
- Duration: a minimum of 50 minutes of exclusive dedication.
- To do so, listen to the audio file “I.5.Serenity” and let yourself be guided by it four times, with each session on a different day or at a different time.
- After that, try to memorise that session and complete it one more time without the help of the audio file.
- Cultivate love for yourself.
- Duration: A minimum of 30 minutes of dedicated time.
- To do so, listen to the audio file “I.6. Self-love” and let it guide you, four times, each session on a different day or at a different time.
- After that, try to memorize that session and complete it two more times without the help of the audio file, also on different days or at different times.
- You may complete these two sessions while carrying out other activities, such as taking public transport or walking down the street.
- Cultivate love for others.
- Duration: A minimum of 30 minutes of dedicated time.
- Do the same as for the previous technique, but using the audio file “I.7.Love for others”.
- Cultivate joy.
- Duration: A minimum of 30 minutes of dedicated time.
- Do the same as for the previous two techniques, but using the audio file “I.8.Joy”.
