Next, we will embark on an interesting journey to improve our personal well-being, which consists of 4 levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert), each comprising several stages. The Beginner Level, where we are currently, consists of 4 stages.

Some people reach very advanced stages, while others do not have the time or motivation for it and remain in the initial stages. However, this is also perfectly fine, as repeating what has been learned in these early stages over time can also lead to considerable improvements in our happiness.
In the Initiation Level, each stage requires approximately 35-40 hours of dedication, part of which requires exclusive attention, but most can be done with shared attention. This means we can take advantage of moments when we are doing other things, such as walking down the street, using public transport, or even, for some techniques, working.
Each stage has a training component and an exercise component. The training component consists of several steps to follow, and the exercise component basically involves repeating some of those steps or others already learned in previous stages.
You decide the pace at which you progress through each stage, as you can dedicate more or less time, depending on what you can or want at any given moment. If you have a lot of free time, want to advance quickly, and feel like dedicating, for example, 8 hours a day, you could finish each stage in about 4-5 days. Conversely, if you have little time and can only or want to dedicate 3 hours a week, it would take you about 12 weeks to finish each stage. The goal is that instead of feeling overwhelmed by all the work ahead, you feel optimistic about the opportunities available to you, which you can take advantage of at your own pace, little by little if you wish.
Along the way, we will measure your personal well-being level to track your progress. For this, we will use the Measurement Log, which you will fill out by rating your life satisfaction, emotional well-being, and degree of satisfaction with your different needs from 0 to 10. This will allow us to verify that you truly achieve concrete and measurable results over time.
The first step is to determine your starting point. Therefore, the first thing you can do is fill out Point 0 of the Measurement Log that your tutor has sent you (if you have not received it yet, do not hesitate to ask for it). However, if you find it difficult to fill out the log now, you can leave it for later, fill out only a part, or even completely forgo the log. Once you have filled it out, send it to your tutor.
We will also take measurements at the end of each stage. However, it is preferable not to have high expectations of improvement during the Beginner Level, but rather to wait until the end of the Intermediate and especially the Advanced Levels. In fact, the best results will be obtained at the Expert Level. Nevertheless, you will achieve gradual improvements from the very first moment you start working with these techniques, developing the areas of your brain related to well-being and deactivating those related to discomfort, although initially the changes will be small and will become significant in the medium term.
