HOW Movement

The HOW Movement
(Happiness-Oriented Way)

is a group of people interested in living as happily as possible (within the inherent limitations of life) and contributing to the happiness of others. It is the associative, social, and volunteer branch of the Well-Being Institute.

Once you join the HOW movement, you can become part of one or both of the following groups:

HOW Social, where you can meet others with these concerns and, to the extent you wish, socialize and participate in meetings and activities with them.

HOW Volunteering, where you can contribute to building a happier world to live in.

HOW SOCIAL

You can stay in touch through our WhatsApp group with other members of the group who share your interests. You can also participate in meetings and activities arranged by members in your area or other areas and arrange them yourself if you wish.

HOW VOLUNTEERING

You can work toward a happier world by participating in any of the following actions you choose:

SHARING

posts, scientifically proven information and knowledge for improving well-being, and messages that encourage trying to be happy and contributing to the happiness of others. You can do this through social networks, mass media and any other means.

This will help our ambitious goal of ensuring that knowledge about improving happiness and our mindset oriented toward forging a happier world reaches the majority of the 8 billion people who inhabit this planet.

COLLABORATING

on various tasks at the Well-Being Institute.

PARTICIPATING

in the LIVE WITHOUT HARMING movement too.

DONATING

money so that we can fulfill our mission of building a happier world to live in.

and taking your own initiatives to achieve it.

RAISING FUNDS

for the aforementioned purpose and to make the MAXIMUM Happiness project a reality. This consists of finding, through scientific research, real remedies for practically any type of suffering and achieving a state of almost permanent happiness, unlike the limited solutions that exist today.

GIVING LECTURES,

free in-person or blended courses and seminars on well-being in general, specifically adapted for different vulnerable groups: abused women, homeless people, alcoholics, drug addicts, people with other addictions, traumatized individuals, children with emotional or family problems, vulnerable immigrants, people with low income, etc. Also, providing free personal well-being counseling for vulnerable individuals.
