At any given moment, our level of well-being is somewhere between 0 and 10, and it is always improvable.

Biologically, it is impossible or very difficult to achieve complete and absolute happiness free from all unpleasant sensations, but what we do guarantee is an improvement in our well-being if we train sufficiently with these techniques. Each person starts from a baseline or average level of well-being influenced by their genetics, their upbringing and social influences and their past experiences.

Sometimes events occur that can temporarily shift our happiness level above or below that baseline, but after a certain period we tend to return to our average level. The more we train our well-being, the more we will increase that average level of happiness, tending to feel less bad when we feel bad and to feel happier when we feel good.

Just as with sports, professional or artistic training, where after a certain period of practicing the appropriate techniques, we develop the trained skills and can master them and become experts, with H.O.L.S., we develop the skill of being happy.

H.O.L.S. aims to achieve satisfactory, verifiable and measurable accomplishments in happiness and self-fulfillment. This is achieved, in addition to effective learning and training, through clear objectives and periodic measurements and monitoring of emotional well-being, life satisfaction and satisfaction with different areas of our lives.
