Online Personal Well-Being Courses

Short Course "How to Be Happier"
(Free)
This short course is an introduction to how to improve our well-being and lead a healthy and balanced life, explained in a simple, entertaining and concise way.
Basic Personal Well-Being Course
(Price: voluntary contribution)

This course introduces you to H-OLS Initiation, which allows you to learn how to continuously improve your quality of life (within the circumstances of each moment) in a simple and fun way.

Personal Well-Being Postgraduate Program
(Free or subsidized)

This program allows you to reach the Intermediate Level of H-OLS, delving into the guidelines and techniques to be as happy as possible (within the limits imposed by our genetics at all times).

Personal and Social Well-Being Master’s Program (Subsidized)

This master’s program leads us to the Advanced Level of H-OLS, achieving great knowledge of the guidelines and techniques to optimize our life satisfaction, emotional well-being, and self-realization (within the limitations imposed by our nervous system). It also addresses scientific aspects and covers “specific issues.” Furthermore, the social aspect of well-being is studied: families (satisfying relationships, happy children), companies and organizations, schools, politics, economy, religions and civil society oriented towards well-being.

We provide close support and tools based on the science of well-being through personalized sessions via video-conference or phone to improve your happiness, overcome mental blocks, and restore your inner balance.
