These are distance-learning courses delivered through our Virtual Campus, where the student is guided and coached on a personalised basis by a tutor.

Online courses allow the student to learn at their own pace and from the location of their choice.

Through our Virtual Campus, you can consult, download, or print the course’s theoretical materials, and the student learns them with great flexibility.

Likewise, through that Virtual Campus, the student completes exercises and film-based practical case studies, which are then corrected by their tutor, as well as practice in the techniques learned.

The Basic Course is very straightforward, while the Postgraduate programme goes into greater depth, also including comments on videos and articles and research projects. In the Master’s programme, the methodology changes, focusing on reading materials, practising the techniques, working on the student’s “specific topics” (which includes therapy sessions), and a dissertation on one of those specific topics that cause them distress.

Throughout the course, the student may ask their tutor any questions they may have.

Students who wish may take a theoretical exam to obtain the Diploma, Postgraduate, and Master’s qualifications in Personal Wellbeing.

In addition, each person has a different present and past, and different specific topics affect them and influence their wellbeing, so there is a high degree of personalisation.

Our courses (as well as our professionals, if a tutor-led option is chosen) help to diagnose the types of thoughts, emotions, problems, experiences, and personality traits specific to each person that hinder their wellbeing, in order to work on them in depth and overcome them, especially at the Intermediate, Advanced, and Very Advanced levels.
