LET'S DO NO HARM!: LET'S CHOOSE VEGAN OPTIONS

Let’s choose vegan options to spare animals from the miserable lives they lead on industrial farms or fish farms, and from cruel deaths. Read more about the victimization of the animals we eat…

However, plant-based food is also HEALTHIER AND MORE ECONOMICAL. Meat is carcinogenic and contains fat, which leads to weight gain and high cholesterol. Furthermore, it is toxic and of low nutritional quality due to the hormones and large quantities of antibiotics given to livestock, as well as the high acidity and elevated levels of cortisol and adrenaline secreted by their bodies due to stress and suffering.

Dairy products cause indigestion and food intolerances, as our bodies are designed to drink human milk when we are babies, but not milk from other species. Fish is harmful due to poisonous elements it absorbs from the sea, such as lead, arsenic, and mercury. In contrast, plant proteins are healthy.

In fact, David Sinclair, a renowned Harvard scientist and anti-aging expert, recommends plant-based options to LIVE MUCH LONGER.

  • Tofu, which is commonly found in most supermarkets (those with hypothyroidism should consume it several hours after taking thyroid hormone to avoid blocking its effects).
  • Heura.
  • Soy protein isolate shakes, which can be purchased on Amazon.
  • Rice and pea protein shakes. Separately, both products do not contain all essential amino acids, but when combined, they do, which is why they are often sold pre-combined. They can also be purchased on Amazon.
  • Hemp protein shakes, which contain all essential amino acids and are also rich in omega-3, omega-6, iron, etc. They are also sold on Amazon.
  • Cereals with legumes: when combined, they also contain all essential amino acids.
  • Tempeh with legumes: this is less healthy, as the former contains a lot of gluten, making it unsuitable for celiacs or those with gluten intolerance.

Ideally, one should eat all the aforementioned proteins (except perhaps tempeh), maintaining a healthy and varied diet.

Additionally, it is advisable to take vitamin B supplements, which can be purchased on Amazon, by taking one pill daily. Also, consume plant-based products rich in calcium, such as chard, spinach, or broccoli.

And, whether following a vegan diet or any other type, undergo a complete blood test every 6 months to ensure there are no nutritional deficiencies.
