The Basic Personal Well-Being Course (Introductory Level of H-OLS) is an introduction to improving our quality of life, explained in a simple, concise, and amusing way. To make learning as enjoyable as possible, the primary theoretical material is presented in the form of an action and suspense novel.

This course explains what happiness is, why well-being and distress exist in human beings and what causes them, as well as the guidelines and techniques we can apply to optimize our happiness (within the circumstances of each moment).

Approximately 10 to 30 hours are required to learn the theoretical content

Furthermore, the techniques learned are exercised with about 100 hours of practice, most of which do not require exclusive dedication, which means they can be carried out while performing other daily activities, such as walking down the street or traveling by car or public transport.

Therefore, it is not so much a matter of having time as it is of self-discipline.

Before taking the Basic Course, you must have completed the free Short Course “How To Be Happier”.
