The virus of oppressive and repressive Islamism is gradually penetrating our societies, infecting more and more minds and communities. The number of neighborhoods where fundamentalist “religious police” impose Sharia (Islamic law) on both Muslims and non-Muslims, and where there are Islamic courts parallel to ordinary justice, is growing. In France alone, there are already more than 750 no-go zones (areas where one cannot go), dominated by radical imams and criminal gangs. Progressive and tolerant Muslims, who are the complete opposite of this totalitarian ideology, can do little to stop the aggression, intimidation, and, at times, murders perpetrated by the former.
In these ghettos, the police often capitulate out of fear, adopting a stance of inaction in the face of gang fights, assaults, intimidation, etc. Victims are told that they cannot be protected, women are advised to dress discreetly, Jews are told not to wear their kippah, gays are told to conceal their identity, etc. Instead of prosecuting and expelling the perpetrators from the country, the abused are sometimes even told that they are the ones who should not provoke.
In schools, for example in Germany, there are students who impose Sharia on their classmates and teachers, whether Muslim or not. Some have gone to the extreme of having to convert to Islam to avoid being attacked. They force girls to wear the veil and sit at the back of the class, whether Muslim or not. There are students willing to stone those who do not behave according to Sharia, such as drinking or eating during Ramadan, and authoritarian, bullying violence is on the rise.
Freedom of expression is increasingly curtailed. For example, professors who show images of classical paintings or sculptures with nudes receive death threats, forcing them to adhere to Islamic law. More and more teachers feel overwhelmed by this unbearable situation.
On the other hand, the crime rates committed by Muslims influenced by this aggressive Islamist ideology are high. Thus, in France since 2006, all terrorist attacks against Jews have been perpetrated by radical and violent Muslims.
In the same country, more than 200 rapes occur daily, mostly by this type of individual. This is not surprising, as Islamic fundamentalism approves of the rape of non-Muslim women and even their conversion into sex slaves. For all these reasons, it is not surprising that, according to some reports, more than 70% of convicts in French prisons are Muslims influenced by this coercive way of thinking, despite representing only a small percentage of the population.
In other European states, the crime rates committed by this type of person are also very high. For example, in Denmark, there are crime statistics by country of origin, and based on these, its Minister for Immigration and Integration, Mattias Tesfaye, reached the following conclusion about non-Western immigration: “Basically, they show that in Denmark we don’t really have problems with people from Latin America and the Far East. We have problems with people from the Middle East and North Africa.”
In Germany, statistics also show that crime by these individuals is excessively overrepresented. In various countries, massive immigration of this type of people has been accompanied by large percentage increases in crimes, especially rapes of women. And experts say this is because violence is an integral element of traditionalist and retrograde Muslim culture.
Their narrative drives sexually repressed, economically and professionally unsuccessful young people to terrorism and barbarism due to their mentality, which does not value the culture of education, work, and wealth generation, but rather holy war. Therefore, they have little to lose in this world and much to gain if they die in combat, as they go directly to heaven, where they suddenly get everything. And this includes 72 virgins for each fighter, as their archaic interpretation of religion considers Allah a kind of pimp who provides them with beautiful sex slaves.
Likewise, the fundamentalist narrative compels them to expand Islam throughout the world with words, and if that is not

Fortunately, most people from these countries are not violent. Moreover, many of them are completely against Islamism. Some brave individuals even actively and passionately fight against it on social media and in other ways, especially ex-Muslims like Hirsi Ali, Yasmine Mohammad, or Harris Sultan, despite being threatened with death by fundamentalists.
As the aforementioned social changes occur, Muslim parties are emerging in countries such as Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Experts on Islam warn that these parties pose a threat to democracy, Western freedoms, and values.
In some European countries, massive demonstrations (with women relegated to the back) are held, demanding the introduction of Sharia and the replacement of our democracy with an Islamic caliphate. LET US PREVENT HARM!: Let us warn about the danger of totalitarian Islamism
This phenomenon is not easy to reverse, given that:
In Brussels, the Muslim community already represents approximately 25% of the population, and it is expected that within a few years, the majority of children born will be Muslim. A demographic change can have a great impact on societies, as happened in Lebanon.
When this country had a Christian majority in the 1950s and 60s, it was considered the “Switzerland of the Middle East” due to its economic prosperity, political stability, peace, educational level, freedom of expression and press, etc. Beirut was called the “Paris of the Middle East,” serving as both a financial and commercial center that attracted foreign investment and an attractive tourist destination. This was because it offered a mix of modern, cosmopolitan, and liberal Westernism with Oriental exoticism, as well as a vibrant nightlife and cultural scene.
All that splendor radically changed into great degradation with the demographic shift in which Muslims became the majority, due to their higher birth rate and, above all, Palestinian immigration. Palestinians were expelled from Jordan because they had destabilized that country, creating a state within a state and causing serious problems (one of the main reasons why no country, not even Muslim ones, wants to host them). They had to flee Jordan, and many emigrated to Lebanon. The increase in the Islamist population, characterized by authoritarianism and fanaticism, in this country generated tensions with Christians, which caused the start of the Lebanese Civil War in 1975. It lasted 15 years and left the country devastated. After it, it recovered somewhat, but it never returned to what it once was.
Middle and upper-class Christians have been forced to emigrate to other countries, such as the United States, to escape the degradation, which has worsened the situation, as Lebanon has lost some of its best human capital.
In fact, today it is a failed state, heavily influenced and destabilized by Hezbollah, as well as highly dysfunctional, corrupt, and divided at all levels by religious confessions. It suffers frequent power outages, which can last most of the day, as well as water shortages, and scarcity of fuel, medicines, and food. The country has regressed so much economically that 82% of the population lives in poverty, with insufficient income to cover basic needs. The dream of many is to emigrate.
Something similar could happen in other parts of the world. In Afghanistan, the return of the Taliban has not only meant a return to the Middle Ages but has also left more than 97% of the population below the poverty line (according to the UN), depriving many families of access to basic food, with massive unemployment and an exodus of skilled professionals.
