Phase 1. Period prior to in-person classes
Once the student has enrolled, their tutor will contact them to provide access to the Virtual Campus, where they can begin the theoretical training by reading the theoretical materials at least twice before the start of in-person classes.
Preferably, although optionally, students may also begin practical training through our Virtual Campus. This practical training is very simple in the Basic Course, consisting of carrying out exercises and case studies with films. In the Postgraduate and especially in the Master’s program, the content goes deeper, using pedagogical techniques such as: comparing part of the information learned with other sources, making comments on videos and articles, conducting research projects on relevant topics, commenting on or summarizing the essentials of parts of the theoretical content, answering specific questions, giving opinions on certain topics, making deductions from information, finding solutions to problems, etc. Optionally, you may also begin the practice section.
Phase 2. In-person classes
In-person classes will be held on the scheduled dates, focusing primarily on practical exercises and resolving questions.
Phase 3. Period following in-person classes
After the in-person classes end, the student will complete the remaining practical training and practice until they have accumulated the number of practice hours corresponding to each course or module. In the Basic Course, this practice is very simple, while in the Postgraduate program, and especially in the Master’s program, the number of hours is increased in order to achieve the expected results.
The student will also read the theoretical material at least one more time.
Throughout the course, you will consult your tutor about any questions you may have by email or via the forum. In addition, several follow-up sessions will take place by telephone, videoconference, or chat, at the student’s choice.
When the student considers that they have assimilated the theoretical content, they may (optionally) take an exam to obtain the corresponding qualification (Diploma, Postgraduate Certificate, or Master’s in Personal Well-being). If they do not pass it, they will have another opportunity.
