This postgraduate program delves into the guidelines for improving happiness in an informative way designed for all audiences, requiring approximately from 50 to 150 hours to learn the theoretical content.

Furthermore, the techniques learned are applied through exercises consisting of 500 hours of practice, of which approximately 75% are non-exclusive, meaning they can be carried out while performing other daily activities. Therefore, it is not so much a matter of having time as it is of self-discipline.
