Personal and Social Well-Being Master’s Program (subsidised)

This master’s program further explores guidelines for optimising our happiness and addresses the scientific aspects, providing research that demonstrates the effectiveness of the techniques presented. It also addresses the specific issues that hinder happiness.

Approximately 60 to 180 hours are required for the theoretical part, plus around 30 to 60 hours of research and psychological counselling/therapy to address the “specific topics”. In addition, training is carried out consisting of around 2,500 hours of practice, most of which can be done while carrying out other everyday activities. Therefore, it is not so much a matter of having time as it is of self-discipline.

You may enroll in the master’s programme in its entirety or only in one or more of its modules:

Before taking this master’s program, it is necessary to have completed the Personal Well-Being Postgraduate Program.
